WHO WE ARE

We are a Trust meant for

1. Performing heart surgery for the less affluents
2. Following them up for monitoring their progress also with reference to their future life
3. Research for improvement of our results and prevention of heart diseases

Thus this problem of heart disease is being analyzed holistically to result in imparting this benefit to the maximum possible number of the less affluent who receive succor nowhere.

Deaths of many children with heart diseases at the Institute of Child Health and Hospital for Children caused dismay as a majority of them were treatable conditions promising a long and valuable life. More centres meant for treating heart diseases became important as Government hospitals are overcrowded.

A beginning was made as a project  ‘Needy Little Hearts’ under K J Research Foundation. Funds were collected from various components of society. 147 surgeries were performed. 650 children were Registered.

Fund flow was inadequate for sustainability. So Hearts for Hearts was born to create corpus fund not only for less affluent children but also adults.
